Alabama Snowwreath
Neviusia alabamensis
Alabama snow-wreath has no petals at all — the display is made entirely of dense brushes of white stamens crowded along arching branches in spring. Rare in the wild, restricted to a handful of limestone bluffs, but easy and suckering in cultivation and available from specialist nurseries. A genuine conservation-through-gardening candidate.
