A delicate and beautiful woodland wildflower with clover-like, three-part leaves (often with purple undersides) and loose clusters of violet-pink trumpet flowers in spring. Edible leaves and flowers have a sour, lemony kick. Grows from small bulbs, going dormant in hot summers.
