One-leaf Onion
Allium unifolium
One-leaf onion is a California native onion with airy umbels of clear pink flowers, easy and showy in borders, with edible bulbs and foliage. As with every onion, keep it to normal culinary amounts and keep it away from dogs, which are unusually susceptible to the genus.
